**Job Overview**

We are currently looking for a Maintainer / Handyman. This is a fulltime permanent onsite position.

**Job Requirements**
- Perform general maintenance tasks for the operation of major base building systems (e.g. boilers, chillers, electrical power distribution system, HVAC, plumbing, toilet/drywall/appliance repair, faucets installation etc.) on a 7/24 basis.
- Collaborate with maintenance to ensure facility and equipment maintenance meets required standards.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Other duties as assigned by the Property management team.

**Qualifications**
- Completion of BES Operator Class I & II Certificate
- Minimum of 3 years of retail operation experience
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving targets
- Ability to prioritize and effectively multitask
