Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sealant Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional caulking services that meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform caulking services on various surfaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, garages, foundations, vents, siding, flashing, capping, driveways, and basements.
• Use only the highest-grade sealants with a 10+ year warranty to ensure long-lasting results.
• Assess and identify areas requiring caulking services, taking into account factors such as water damage, infestations, and energy efficiency.
• Work efficiently to minimize disruptions to clients' daily lives while maintaining our commitment to quality and professionalism.
• Collaborate with other team members to deliver comprehensive services, including caulking removal, weatherproofing, water damage restoration, kitchen and bathroom regrouting, general handyman repairs, window glazing, high-rise repairs and installations, wallpaper installation, UV tinting, painting, drywall repairs, plaster wood rot repairs, stucco repairs, concrete repairs, precast repairs, brick and mortar repairs, flashing and capping installation, glass installation, balcony repairs, pressure washing, and insulation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in caulking services or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in using various types of sealants and caulking techniques.
• Familiarity with industry-standard practices and regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
