**About the Role**:
At Donalda Club, we are seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, this role is pivotal in ensuring our members and guests receive unparalleled dining experiences across our varied dining settings, from casual to fine dining and banquets.

**What You Will Do**:As the backbone of our dining operations, you will**:

- Welcome and engage with members and guests, setting the tone for their exceptional dining experience.
- Oversee and coordinate the service staff, ensuring all preparation for the day's service, from opening to closing, is executed flawlessly.
- Lead pre-service briefings to keep the team informed and ensure smooth operations, covering everything from menu details to special requests.
- Train and maintain a proficient, well-groomed, and knowledgeable service team.
- Ensure timely and efficient coordination between kitchen and dining staff to meet our high service standards.
- Handle reservations, special requests, and dietary restrictions with care, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
- Resolve any service issues with professionalism, contributing to the club's reputation for excellence.
- Regularly inspect dining areas and service equipment, upholding our commitment to a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures, ensuring a secure dining experience for everyone.

- Experienced in food and beverage service, with a passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences.
