Receptionist/administrative Assistant

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Process mutual fund trades on client accounts.
- Follow up with our back office/compliance and other fund companies on pending transfers/inquiries.
- Communicating directly with clients for paperwork completion.
- Manage and update client files (physical and electronic).
- Prepare reports, letters, and other operational documents when requested.
**Requirements/Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Familiarity and/or previous history in financial planning, insurance, banking, or the investment industry is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Drayton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience (preferred)
- Front desk (preferred)
