**Responsibilities**:
Project Contribution and Coordination:

- Lead and manage special projects, such as the replacement of the manufacturing printing machine.
- Drive the integration of Amazon into our operations, helping to manage the resulting impacts to production scheduling and logistics.
- Provide support to their direct manager on the enhancement of ERP data.
- Assist in Phase 2 of the Grinder 1 Repair project.
- Evaluate and support the modification of the bagging machine to accommodate different bag types.
- Collaborate on R&D Formulation projects in partnership with external chemistry consultants.
- Undertake additional projects as needed.

Supplier Management:

- Identify, assess, and establish relationships with a minimum of two suppliers for all raw materials listed in our ERP system.
- Manage the testing of new products in collaboration with the production team.

Team Support:

- Offer support to the team as required for various tasks, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English and French, written and spoken

Pay: $20.00 per hour
