Cost and Schedule Analyst

**Position Description**
- Develop / maintain Integrated Master Schedules for a contract from the Design through Production cycle
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build a schedule to facilitate effective contract execution
- Integrate Monthly Status and manage Change Control to the Program Schedule
- Generate Cost Performance Reports monthly and present variance analysis on performance targets
- Process the data required for financial forecasting and resource planning requirements
- Identify schedule risk, recommend corrective actions
- Develop and deliver reporting/presentations to a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with new Bid & Proposal efforts
- Develop and maintain departmental desktop procedures
- Support both internal and external program audits

**Required Qualifications**
- University Degree/College Diploma in a Technologist, Program Management or Finance discipline
- Minimum 1-2 year relevant experience in the project management field
- Experience using scheduling software
- Experience creating or maintaining metrics or other performance reports
- Customer and detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to plan, analyze and solve problems
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to be agile, set priorities and multi-task under pressure
- Self-motivated and effective in a multi-disciplinary team, including to facilitate discussions
- Experience developing and delivering presentations
- Demonstrated strong analytical & decision making skills
- Demonstrated strong oral & written communication skills
- Ability to travel (5% Cdn) and (5% US & Int'l) and possess/be able to acquire and maintain a valid passport
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Designation
