Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. As a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during the night shift.

**Duties**:

- Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and other requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Complete night audit procedures, including balancing accounts and generating reports
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity

**Skills**:

- Previous experience working at the front desk of a hotel or similar establishment is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Proficient in using phone systems and demonstrating proper phone etiquette
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$22.65 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
