**Brand and Marketing Coordinator - Nova Scotia**

Happipad is a Canadian social enterprise on a mission to address housing affordability in Canada. We operate companion housing and home sharing programs to connect compatible people to share homes. With this role you will be involved the promotion and advocacy of our housing solution across Nova Scotia.

**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a passionate team member who loves creating social media content, telling stories, and connecting with people in the community. This is a hybrid work from home and work in the field role. You will visit community events, give public presentations, create social media reels and posts, and create meaningful connections across the province of Nova Scotia.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Promote Happipad's companion housing program across Nova Scotia
- Create and manage social media content and stories
- Deliver public presentations
- Network with community stakeholders and develop working relationships
- Be the face of the Happipad brand and program across Nova Scotia

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a brand ambassador, marketing coordinator, or similar role
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with experience delivering presentations to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage engaging social media content across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating events and campaigns from ideation to execution
- Ability to network effectively with community stakeholders, including seniors' organizations, housing providers, and government agencies
- Experience collaborating with affiliates and partners to create joint marketing initiatives that benefit both parties
- Passion for social impact and a commitment to improving access to affordable housing
- Willingness to travel across Nova Scotia as needed to promote the Happipad program and build awareness of companion housing as a solution to housing affordability challenges

**Workplace**:

- This is a work from work from home position with travel required to various sites across Nova Scotia

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
