**ABOUT FEED ONTARIO**

**JOB PURPOSE**
Under the direct supervision and with support of the Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications, the Digital Marketing & Design Specialist is responsible for the development, design, and implementation of all organizational digital content and design of all marketing materials and collateral. Additionally, this includes ensuring all developed design and digital work adheres to the organization’s marketing goals and brand identity.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with internal teams and outside vendors (where applicable) to develop and implement digital and print marketing collateral and campaigns.
- Assist in ensuring that the organization has the right mix of marketing and communications assets, channels, and tactics to build awareness and support among target audiences.
- Propose and implement initiatives and solutions to achieve identified fundraising, communications, and brand-awareness objectives; identifies and tracks key performance indicators.
- Report on key performance metrics to effectively evaluate and refine marketing tactics.
- Graphic Design
- Develop concepts and manages the design and implementation for digital and print marketing collateral including brochures, newsletters, annual impact reports, external reports, toolkits, website, social media, ads, and other design material.
- Use trends and analytics to inform designs while adhering to and maintaining Feed Ontario’s established brand identity.
- Digital marketing
- Inform and implement web, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain updated website content, conducting keyword research and implementing SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and to encourage audience engagement.
- Develop and implements a comprehensive social media plan, including daily posting, moderating, and analytics reporting, to engage current followers and expand our audiences across all platforms.

**KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in digital marketing, communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience that includes graphic design, copywriting, social media, web maintenance, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- WordPress CMS management including HTML/CSS.
- Solid understanding of web metrics, SEO/SEM, digital analytics, and ability to generate, analyze, and interpret data including GA4 implementation and associated UTM parameters.
- Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Excellent copy-writing skills.
- Illustration, accessible design, and data visualization experience considered an asset.
- Strong project coordination and issue management skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities.

**WORKING CONDITIONS**
The Feed Ontario office works under a hybrid model of in-person and remote work. Most work on behalf of Feed Ontario will done in an office environment. There will be some offsite travel required for meetings with partners and stakeholders. On occasion, you will be required to attend events on behalf of Feed Ontario.

There are no direct reports to be supervised in this role.

**Salary**: $58,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
