Digital Marketing Specialist- Menusano

MenuSano is a B2B SaaS product that's part of the Konverge group of companies. MenuSano is a nutrition analysis software for the food service industry like food manufacturers, resturants, food start-ups and other food related companies.
With a history spanning 30 years, our mission is to deliver innovative, effective solutions that meet our clients' complex needs. We're on a quest to enhance our digital presence and drive robust lead generation through strategic marketing efforts.
We are looking for a creative Digital Marketing Specialist with B2B experience to join our team and play a pivotal role in strategizing, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing efforts across for MenuSano. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels to increase brand awareness, position the products effectively, tell our story, and generate a steady flow of inbound leads.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with company goals.
- Analyze and optimize marketing channels and campaigns to improve conversion rates and overall effectiveness, leveraging data-driven insights.
- Manage and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to ensure maximum ROI for each of the companies within the group.
- Drive SEO efforts, in collaboration with external vendors, to enhance organic search visibility and ranking.
- Oversee the development and distribution of engaging content tailored to our diverse B2B audiences.
- Evaluate and enhance website performance and user experience for the website, ensuring they are optimized for lead generation and reflect our brand identity effectively.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a cohesive lead generation and conversion strategy.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing activities, presenting regular reports to the management team.
- Contribute to new ideas that will help us be leaders in the space were in.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, in a B2B or software product environment A MUST.
- Proven track record of managing successful Google AdWords campaigns and SEO strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and strategy development.
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and content management systems.
- Experience in SaaS and/or technology industries is highly desirable.
