As a member of our culinary team, you will:

- Prepare and execute menus tailored to client preferences and dietary requirements.
- Ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Work collaboratively with the catering team to plan event logistics and manage food preparation timelines.
- Adapt to various cooking styles, cuisines, and techniques as required for different events.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kitchen areas and equipment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and prepare high-quality dishes for events.
- Manage all stages of food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Collaborate with event planners and other chefs to ensure that all client expectations are met.
- Source ingredients and supplies from approved vendors while managing inventory efficiently.
- Handle special dietary requests and allergen considerations with utmost care.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a cook or chef in a professional kitchen, preferably within a catering environment.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent professional certification.
- Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 50 per week
