**Corporate Chef**

Acquafarina and Social Corner are Michelin Guide fine dining establishments in the heart of downtown that specialize in modern Italian cuisine made from scratch Specialized cocktails, all-season outdoor dining, and private dining offer an exquisite culinary experience. We are currently seeking a dynamic **Corporate Chef** to oversee operations, set standards and lead a Culinary Team.

**Responsibilities**
- Must have a passion for hospitality and strive to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Develop system standards and procedures while providing guidance and direction to the culinary team
- Oversee Health and Safety guidelines to ensure proper hygiene regulations.
- Conduct labour analysis, cost analysis for monthly purchases.
- Control labour and operating expenses; budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control.
- Coordinate selection, motivation, training, and development of BOH employees.
- Focus on creative cost control for revenue generation, tracking wastage, food equipment and labour.
- Build and manage BOH hiring and training program including training materials.
- Establish control systems to assure quality, portion consistency and proper purchasing specifications.
- Hire and train staff members for the back of house (BOH)
- Career development and opportunity for advancement

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of previous experience as an Executive/ Corporate Chef
- Red Seal Certification is required.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player able to prioritize multiple tasks with ease.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with superior communication skills both verbal and written.
- Must be familiar with Tock and Squirrel systems.
- Proficient in MS Office

**Salary**: $75,000-$85,000 per year, plus tips
