**Job Summary**:
**Duties and responsibilities may include some or all of the following**:

- Conducting initial assessments and quality assurance reviews of U.S. non-immigrant visa petitions and recommending revisions to attorneys;
- Monitoring Service Level Agreement targets and ensuring they are met daily;
- Running weekly and monthly internal as well as external reports to monitor throughput, ensure maintenance of the status of the foreign national population, provide visibility to ongoing case management, and ensure data integrity;
- Drafting and preparing petitions for attorney review and completing any required revisions;
- Preparing final petition packages for sign-off and courier;
- Collecting information and documents from clients and HR Representatives;
- Researching, preparing and finalizing of visa documents in research, preparing and finalizing visa documents and working closely with businesses and assignees to provide advice, updates and all-round experience;
- Working closely with MSK’s immigration team to service clients in a timely, professional and efficient manner;
- Communicating with clients and managing relationships and expectations;
- Legal research on a variety of topics related to immigration, cross-border and compliance
- An active member of our U.S. immigration practice and implement best practices;
- Engaging in expanding relationships with clients and contributing to the overall environment of our firm;
- Client management and serving as a primary point of contact for clients, anticipating client service needs and demonstrating resourcefulness;
- Preparing invoices for clients and following up to ensure collection of retainers;
- Following firm procedures and ensuring that deadlines are met on time;
- File management for administrative matters; and
- Performing other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of administrative and/or immigration law firm experience, preferably with a US focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Aptitude to prioritize tasks based on comparative importance and urgency
- Strong command of the English language;
- On premises only;
- Bachelor's degree is required;
- Experience with Zoho CRM and related modules; and
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and PC Law required.
