- Manage and supervise all aspects of food preparation and cooking

- Collaborate with the management team to develop cost-effective menus that meet budgetary constraints
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor kitchen equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

- Proven experience as a Dim Sum Chef or similar role in a Dim Sum restaurant or Dim Sum hospitality setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Extensive knowledge of food service principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Culinary degree or certification is preferred, but not required
