Your missions will also be:

- Identify and communicate emerging trends and sustainability initiatives, partnering with strategic internal and external business partners and maintain strategic watch over ESG-related regulatory developments and reporting requirements in the various jurisdictions in which CAE operates.
- Provide analytical support, market research and metrics, supporting strategic initiatives.
- Build and present detailed project plans for sustainability initiatives.
- Proactively support external publications, panels and conferences reporting on CAE’s ESG performance to support CAE’s reputation and to position CAE as an ESG leader.
- Support other internal ESG stakeholders in the development of engaging and transparent communications which support CAE’s ESG agenda.
- Prepare materials for senior-management governance such as the Corporate Social Responsibility committee and ad hoc risk governance meetings, including work plan activities, organizing meeting agenda and materials and providing updates on CSR activities.
- Develop high-level strategic communications and reports for the Executive Management Committee, the Board and its Committees, and other management governance committees and prepare ad hoc reports, analyses, assessments, and other information for senior management, as requested.
- Support CAE's volunteering program and CAE's community involvement including donations and sponsorships.
- Foundational understanding or experience with ESG topics and ESG-related standards and frameworks including GRI, SASB, UNGCP, ISSB and TCFD and third party ESG surveys and/or questionnaires (CDP, S&P CSA, DJSI, ISS, MSCI, Sustainalytics, etc.) with five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in the related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, sustainability management or environmental science, public relations management, law.
