**Technical Support **- Responsibilities but not limited to:

- Trouble shooting on EnGenius full Networking products.
- Troubleshooting on EnGenius telephony products.
- Analysis of customer network information and recommend EnGenius Networking products to fit their requirements.
- Handle full cycle of RMA process from receiving defective units to the end of shipping out the repaired or replacement units.
- Follow up on technical issues case by case until issues can be solved and satisfied by customers.
- Support into day to day warehouse and shipping activities.
- Willing to travel to visit customers to present EnGenius products for pre-sales and post sales support.
- Willing to travel to visit customers to solve customers technical on-site issues.

Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years experience in technical support, technician position in IT networking company
- Experience in working with Networking hardware manufacturer will be an asset.
- Highly motivated individual capable of solve technical issues independently.
- College/University diploma in computer, or Networking related program.
- Strong knowledge in LAN/WAN, TCP/IP networking.
- Strong knowledge in WIFI technologies and WIFI products.
- Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
- Strong sales mindset to understand and identify opportunity.
- Hands on experience in repair of electronic related products.
- Willing to travel to assist customers, team and sales department.
- Willing to work a team and assist into different department.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills - including great presentation skills.
- Excellent communications in English, French is an asset.
- Have a car to travel whenever necessary.
- Employment history reference check, criminal check and credit check will be required.
