**Position Summary**:
goTRG is looking for a result driven, team and detail orientated, organized Inventory Supervisor. The Inventory Supervisor position is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of orders and the product inventory. This position will need to focus on timely processing of all B2C and B2B orders. In addition, they will oversee that all product is in location for proper and efficient order picking, conduct monthly cycle counts and inventory management.

**Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions**:

- Ensure effective teammate relations
- Provide team lead coaching and development
- Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas
- Manage departmental performance measures, including visual controls and provides regular progress reports to the Assistant Facility Manager
- Run Aging Reports to ensure constant product flow
- Perform Inventory Audit Checks
- Manage personnel and productivity.
- Perform accident investigations
- Manage department priorities
- Track absenteeism and timekeeping

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2 years of experience
- Self-motivated in achieving goals and completing routine tasks
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills when faced with new challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
