**Contract Curriculum Administrator - HCA/PGDCN/PN**

We are currently seeking a full-time (Temporary Contract) **Contract Curriculum Administrator - HCA/PGDCN/PN **to work a fixed contract until July 2023.
- **Employment Type**: Full-time, Temporary Contract (Monday-Friday)

- **Location**: Surrey, BC

This role works together with a team consisting of the Curriculum Development Manager, Managers of Education Delivery, Curriculum Coordinator (shared across multiple Nursing Programs), Subject Matter Experts, all members of the Education delivery team, Nursing Program Director and PN Leadership Team.

This individual administratively supports the entry, maintenance, and upkeep of existing curriculum relevant to a portfolio of programs into Stenberg College’s LMS and network.

This position offers guidance, recommendations, training and support to the nursing team for smooth curriculum delivery in preventing, intervening and correcting issues related to: Technology updates/interfacing (e.g. Moodle updates, LMS updates), piloted projects (e.g. course restrictions), Faculty issues and student issues.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- On occasion, support the team with course design using the online platform Moodle.
- In partnership with the Department Heads, ensure program curriculum is designed, developed/prepared, maintained, collected, stored and updated regularly. Each update/change should be tracked for quality assurance and accreditation purposes (if applicable).
- In partnership with the Nursing Curriculum Development Managers, support the Annual Program Changes process, including internal and external reporting.
- Update, modify and maintain existing in class, online and simulation-based programs, courses and activities while receiving direct support, guidance and mentoring from the Nursing Program Leadership Team and Program Faculty.
- Ensure all curriculum content and revisions meet the quality and educational standards as defined by Stenberg College and other regulatory bodies.
- Ensure the resource information provided to student in Moodle are valid and accurate. (i.e.: instructor information, office hours, IT contact information, additional resources, etc.)

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of a Diploma in Administration/Curriculum/Education/Healthcare
- 1+ years’ demonstrated experience in developing classroom, online or community-based curriculum/programming rooted in adult learning best practice including the development and alignment of learning objective with assessments is preferred
- 1+ years teaching or training experience with adult learners, with some experience with adult learners in an E-learning delivery environment is preferred
- Computer proficiency: good knowledge of MS Office, Google docs, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
- Minimum of one year experience in a customer service or office administration role in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in business writing and preparing business communications
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Professional Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with learning management systems and eLearning development tools such as Camtasia is an asset
- Accurate keyboarding skills of 50 wpm

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
