We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site, Scheduling and Contracts Administrator to join our team This individual will support faculty contracting functions and ensure that our faculty members are set up with Offers of Employments plus Compensation Contracts. **What You Will Do**:
- Administer and manage the creation, execution, analysis of Faculty Offer Letters and Compensation contracts for SCI Stenberg College International Inc.
- Work directly with leadership teams ensuring contracting needs are met in a timely manner.
- Relay contract terms and conditions, documenting any agreed changes and/or amendments.
- Monitor faculty contract renewal dates and prepare for their replacement or renewal.
- Manage 15-18 individual Schedules by program working closely with administrative teams by program.
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team of new and replacement instructors hires for faculty contracting purposes.
- Liaise between All Programs and Payroll ensuring compensation is accurate.
- Reconcile pay for each semimonthly pay period ensuring 100% accuracy based on completed Compensation contracts.
- Maintains contract files and records in electronic formats in Payworks and SharePoint for the purpose of providing an up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance.
- Stay abreast of compliance requirements and industry best practices; and adopt best practices where feasible.
- Other duties shall be assigned as required.
**Who You Are/What You Possess**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 and other HR Information Systems.
- Knowledge of HR best practices.
- Knowledge of the organization, operating procedures, and policies of Stenberg College.
- Travel between administration offices and campus may be required.
