Lingerie Maker, Operator/lead Hand

Are you an experienced Sewing Machine Operator with expertise in handling industrial sewing machines? We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Sewing Machine Operator at Marquecci. As an integral part of our production team, you will contribute to crafting high-quality products with precision and expertise.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead Production of our Products.
- Operate industrial sewing machines, specifically Juki straight stitch, cover stitch, zigzag, and overlock machines.
- Read and interpret technical specifications, blueprints, or production instructions to ensure accurate sewing.
- Perform regular machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality.
- Maintain high standards of quality control by inspecting finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills in managing workstations, tools, and materials efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
**Requirements**:
- Understanding of Lingerie Design, Pattern Design and Grading.
- Proven experience as a Sewing Machine Operator, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Proficiency in operating Juki straight stitch, cover stitch, zigzag, and overlock machines is essential.
- Strong understanding of sewing techniques, fabrics, and garment construction.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, or production instructions.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality work.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills in managing workstations, tools, and materials.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$24.26 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
