Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Pattern Generation:

- Create and modify patterns for lingerie designs, ensuring accuracy and fit.

2. Machine Operation:

- Operate sewing machines including straight stitch, coverstitch, zigzag, and serger to assemble lingerie pieces efficiently.

3. Quality Control:

- Conduct thorough quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet established standards.

4. Supervision and Training:

- Assist in training new team members and provide guidance to ensure a consistent level of quality and craftsmanship.

5. Process Improvement:

- Contribute to the development and improvement of production processes, streamlining operations for increased efficiency.

6. Material Handling:

- Manage and organize materials efficiently, keeping an accurate inventory and ensuring the availability of necessary supplies.

7. Collaboration:

- Work closely with design and production teams to understand design specifications and meet production goals.

8. Safety Compliance:

- Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment for the team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Lingerie Maker or similar role.
- Proficiency in pattern generation for lingerie designs.
- Expertise in using straight stitch, coverstitch, zigzag, and serger machines.
- Attention to detail and precision in all aspects of work.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage materials and workflow efficiently.
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
