Nous sommes les chefs de file de la formation, l’analyse de performance et les outils de gestion des contacts clients dans le domaine de l'automobile.

- Bonnes aptitudes de rédaction / d'orthographe
- Autonomie, débrouillardise et ambition
- Sens de l’organisation et gestion du temps
- Habiletés interpersonnelles et de communication
- Connaissance des produits Mac et PC (OS et Windows)
- Bilingue

**À quoi ressembleront tes journées?**
- Répondre aux demandes de support (appels, courriels et chat)
- Assister nos clients sur l'utilisation de nos différents outils
- Gérer efficacement le système de gestion des billets (tickets)
- Configurer les comptes clients et effectuer de l’entrée de données
- Diagnostiquer les problématiques
- Participer à trouver des solutions pour améliorer le département
- Connaissance d’un réseau wifi et de ses composantes
- Support et maintenir le NAS interne
- Supporter les outils de gestion d’actifs (Kandji) (FreshService)
- Gestion du matériel informatique
- Déplacements selon les besoins du département
- Autres tâches connexes au département

**What aptitudes should you have?**
- Maintain a good quality of writing and grammar
- Autonomous, resourceful and ambitious
- Sense of organization and good time management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Mac and PC products (OS and Windows)
- Bilingual

**What will your days look like?**
- Assist our customer on the use of our different tools
- Efficiently manage the ticket system
- Configure customer accounts, data entry
- Diagnose problems
- Participate in finding solutions to improve the department
- Knowledge of a wifi network and its components
- Support and maintain internal NAS
- Support asset management tools (Kandji) (FreshService)
- Hardware management
- Travel according to department needs
- Other related tasks within the department
