**YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
In this role, you will get to play a key role in the production of marketing and go-to-market content for the BRP apparel team and its iconic family of brands. We are looking for someone with a creative entrepreneurial spirit that is not afraid to tackle new challenges. This role sits at the crossroads of creative storytelling, content production, and go-to-market activations. Be on the cutting edge of innovation, find creative solutions and come to the table with strong storytelling to make BRP riding gear, protective equipment, and sportswear stand out from the competition.

Content and Storytelling

Help create the content storytelling plan for all of our brands across channels, including content for: club launch, social, shows and events, CRM, Media, in-store experience and more.

Lead video production and major content initiatives from start to finish.

Produce launch and in-season assets while working closely with the brands to streamline the approval process.

Collaborate

Collaborate with each of our brand stakeholders to ensure the visibility of apparel gear across brand channels. Identify opportunities to tell apparel stories within larger, existing project scopes.

Collaborate with the brands in planning for shoots, creating shot lists, and ensuring riding gear product requirements are met.

Be the go-to person for BRP’s in-house studio, asset production, and partnerships teams.

Work with the Club BRP team to plan the content and run of show for our biannual collection launches.

Support internal team with content needs for product collateral (training slides, packaging, hang tags, banners).

Media

Help manage the media production budget, collaborate with the media agency on new campaigns and ensure a 360-degree approach to reach GTM and top line goals.

Socialize content across the organization to ensure it is utilized across digital and traditional media.

Strategy

Help ideate and plan the high-level content calendars for all brands.

Help establish apparel KPIs and keep brand teams accountable for goals.

THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
3-5 years of experience in marketing.

In-house or creative agency experience would be a plus.

Experience in media planning would be a plus.

A strong, proactive communicator.

Bilingual with working proficiency in French and English is required.

Highly organized.

Detail-oriented.

Able to multitask and prioritize well.

A team player.

Powersports and/or outdoor enthusiast.
