**Junior Real Estate Paralegal/Administrative Legal Assistant for Boyce Law**

**Major Responsibilities and Duties**
- Provides clerical and administrative support such as creating and opening files, filing, archiving, answering the telephone, scheduling meetings, photocopying and binding materials, etc.
- Drafts closing documents, correspondence and memoranda, reports; compiles documents and invoicing
- Interacts with corporate clients, sales persons, realtors, mortgage brokers and others to schedule appointments and exchange information
- Handles confidential materials and documents
- Other duties as required

**Position Requirements**
- **Education and Experience**_
- A minimum of one to five years of experience working in a professional legal environment is required and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Previous experience in New Home Real Estate is an asset
- **Knowledge and Skills**_
- Positive attitude and customer service focused approach
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Detailed oriented writing skills necessary to draft and accurately proof-read documents and correspondence
- Excellent organizational and time management skills are required
- Knowledge of legal procedures, practices and regulations
- File management, including opening, filing, scanning, archiving
