As municipalities operate in the current staffing environment, many finance departments find themselves short-staffed or behind with their workloads. Many are trying to fill vacant positions; some are late with their statutory filings; others have delayed special projects. In all these situations, temporary contractors may be the solution. Some assignments require travel, others can be done remotely - most are hybrid.

KTH Management Inc is a licensed employment agency with connections to the municipal finance sector across Canada. Our specialty is bringing together municipalities who have an identified need, with the right experienced finance professional, who can provide immediate relief.

We are interested in adding to our roster of contractors, in British Columbia and Alberta. We need experienced finance professionals with specific skills in management, budgeting, or particular software systems and the ability to step into new situations and make an impact quickly. We need a variety of skills and levels of experience, so that we can match contractors with the particular needs of our clients.

This is a general recruitment campaign and no specific job is being offered; but if a suitable placement is made, contractors can expect to receive between ninety and one hundred twenty dollars per hour.
