Project Lead, Dealer Network Programs

We are looking for a Project Lead reporting to the Global Network Programs Manager to help us develop and implement programs for our global dealer network. In this role, you will have a major impact on creating a program offering tailored to the needs of our dealers as well as our business requirements. You will be at the forefront of creating relevant programs for our BRP dealer network, supporting our network's performance and enhancing BRP's value proposition.

**YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Define the project scope, objectives and deliverables, working closely with various stakeholders (regional colleagues, cross-functional team experts).

Lead all project development activities, including development of the work plan, detailed scheduling and governance.

Manage and monitor risks, actions, issues and decisions, and create the necessary action plans.

Monitor project progress and key performance indicators.

Coordinate project deployment and implementation, including change management, training and documentation.

YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or another related field.

Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant experience.

**Spoken and written**: English & French. The ability to communicate with dealers and colleagues outside Quebec on a daily basis.

Strong planning and organizational skills. The ability to define operational requirements and implement processes and tools to support them.

Very strong influencing skills, team spirit and collaboration.

Strong interpersonal skills. The ability to build and maintain trusting relationships.

Proactivity, a sense of initiative and autonomy.
