Our multidisciplinary team works closely with the operations and development of all our recreational products, including electric vehicles. Your main task will be to optimize the transportation of finished products to supply our vehicle distribution network.


As the leader of various transportation improvement projects, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and bringing them to fruition.

You will have the autonomy to get there with the support of the team and your manager.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
Contribute, as a transportation resource, to analyzing logistics data and costs to identify and pursue priority transportation opportunities.

Coordinate the execution of transportation projects until final approval by internal partners.

Improve and standardize our transportation processes in collaboration with all relevant departments.

Support transportation teams on a variety of tactical and strategic initiatives.

Oversee technological and strategic advancements by keeping abreast of industry best practises.

Promote a spirit of continuous improvement through adherence to our LEAN corporate principles.

THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A college or university education in logistics management, administration, engineering or any other relevant discipline.


At least three (3) years of experience in manufacturing or transportation, and relevant experience in inbound transportation logistics (transportation, materials planning, industrial engineering, etc.).

Proven project delivery skills, with significant and measurable gains to support them.

Oral and written bilingual abilities (French and English) at an advanced level (4 or 5).

Dynamism, a great sense of initiative, autonomy, organization and discipline.

A preference for project work and the development and execution of strategies.

Very good analytical and problem-solving skills.

A good command of strategy and great powers of persuasion.

Curiosity, an innovative spirit and attention to detail.

Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.

An excellent ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.

The ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it to diverse audiences.


Knowledge of transportation management systems and SAP ERP (warehouse management, materials management and production planning modules) would be an asset.

Available to travel occasionally.

This position will be based in Sherbrooke (Quebec).
