**About the Company**
Our client, a highly reputable national law firm, is in search of the next Labour and Employment Litigation Legal Assistant to join their Labour and Employment Practice Group.

**About the Role**
Supporting the lawyers in the share, the legal assistant will be the principal contact assuming overall accountability for work requested by the lawyers, Law Clerks, and Document Specialists.
- Coordinate the scheduling of important dates, including client meetings, court deadlines, conferences, and lawyer meetings.
- Manage correspondence, prepare correspondence and liaise with multiple key stakeholders
- Support and coordinate with intake, billing, and collections.
- Provide day-to-day support as required with drafting of various legal memorandum, per Firm guidelines and protocol.

**What You Bring**
- 3+ years' experience supporting a national labour and employment practice group
- High proficiency using MS Office Space, DMS, and various legal software
- Sound understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Sound understanding of practice management, including intake and complex client billing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
