**Job Summary**:
Now, if you were to come on board as our **Accounting Support Associate **we’d ask you to do the following for us:

- Field incoming problem tickets from end users to resolve issues, including problem solving, analyzing results and timely follow up with users
- Log and update resolutions and issues using internal ticketing system
- Review submitted paperwork to ensure that it adheres to both IFRS and Compass Group accounting standards
- Proactively resolve issues with units that are identified in reviews

Think you have what it takes to be our **Accounting Support Associate**? We’re committed to hiring the best talent for the role. Here’s how we’ll know you’ll be successful in the role:

- A college diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum of two years experience in a computerized Accounting environment; JD Edwards experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable learning new systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, interpretive and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated success working in a fast paced, constantly changing office environment
- Flexible and quickly adaptable to changing business needs and processes
- Able to balance and prioritize team and individual responsibilities
- Flexible to work overtime when required
- French language skills would be an asset
