**Manager, Managed Services**:
Position Location: London ON

Given that our sales department relies on the Managed Services team every day, your priority is delivering consistent, effective service to our clients. You’ll come in and quickly learn the business so that you can assess opportunities for improvement and evolvement of the team. You’ll be combining industry best-practices and innovation with project management methodologies to help the team learn and grow.

**Responsibilities**- Training and coaching a team of Client Project Managers and Project Admins on best practices and methodologies- Documentation of process and training guides- Effective scheduling of resources to be deployed against various client projects- Provide feedback mechanism to sales and finance regarding the profitable execution of projects which could include the pricing or scoping of projects- Standardize training, develop curriculum, and execute with the team- Process engineering, assess the current state of the team and capabilities, recognize and implement opportunities for process evolution- Communicate and collaborate with Sales and Marketing- Support a culture of accountability by setting the proper metrics and tying company performance, compensation and promotions to tangible results.- Effectively resolve efficiency issues across the sales and customer success functions.- Build trust and effective relationships with peers on the Leadership team and throughout the company.- Monitor and measure client satisfaction using data collected in Salesforce (CRM).
- Develop surveys and capture client information to track the success of the Project Management team over time.

**Skills Required**:
- Pragmatic problem-solving approach with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for improvement.- Are professionally assertive and action oriented, with a focus on driving results.- Have managed a team of 5+ people in a similar capacity for a minimum of five years.- Data-driven decision making skills with proficiency in quantitative analysis and reporting for project scheduling and profitability- PMP and 3-5 years of proven experience of managing mid-size projects.-
- Are proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, Powerpoint or Google Presentations.- Have a degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent education and/or related experience.- Minimum of 5 years professional hands-on experience support, client services, or project management; prior experience in media and/or a subscription-based business considered a plus.
- Have a proven ability to manage projects that meet time and profitability objectives.
