The **Operations Coordinator** is a vital part of the Andau Medical operations team providing support to the operations and finance teams.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Input and reconcile accounts payable and vendor invoices.
- Assist with invoicing and initiation of sales returns and credit notes.
- Assist with reconciling accounts receivables.
- Execute and review customer payment plans and invoices.
- Assist with inventory management processes.
- Coordination with customer service team to ensure accurate records of purchase orders, shipments, invoices and returns.
- Daily input and reconciliation of bank transactions and corporate credit cards.
- Complete cheque deposits and entry
- Assist with monthly commission calculations and processing.
- Arrange and assist with travel bookings for large events and corporate travel.
- Maintains electronic filing system for documents.
- Assist with month end reconciliation and review process.
- As required, handles other accounting and finance related projects
- Contribute and assist with continuous improvement of internal controls and processes.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to effectively communicate with leadership and team members.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience with ZOHO suite of products will be considered an asset.
- 1-2 years of experience in A/P, A/R and/or accounting processes
- Post-secondary Accounting or Finance diploma or suitable Bookkeeping certification will be considered an asset.
