**Job Overview**
The Commercial Insurance Broker must be well organized, possess the ability to prioritize workflow in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients.
The purpose of this role is to provide superior and responsive day-to-day client service. The primary focus is to develop, present and secure sales in support of prospective new business growth opportunities, as well as to maintain, nurture, and develop new business opportunities with existing clients.
**What will you do?**
- Identify specific client risk exposures, and develop and present cost-effective, innovative coverage solutions in support of existing and new business growth
- Review and revise insurance coverage in conjunction with the client to ensure complete and appropriate coverage
- Develop and manage client relationships to increase penetrations sales and cultivate new business opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to develop prospective clients and renewal strategies
- Resolving client issues and concerns in partnership with the members of Team Trigon
- Interacting and communicating regularly with our insurance partners to ensure expected standards of service are delivered to our clients
- Keeping clients and prospects informed of current market conditions
**Qualifications**
- Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario (RIBO) License required
- Quebec (AMF) License an asset
- Sound knowledge of general insurance coverage
- Comprehensive and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure with minimum supervision in a team environment
- Strong emphasis on a positive team dynamic
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask between a variety of tasks, projects, and deadlines
- Experience in dealing with clients, providing both sales and service
