Job Description
This role requires a relationship-oriented individual with strong organization and analytical skills. You will need to be comfortable in both a customer-facing role, as well as an internal role coaching, mentoring, and supporting our BIG Brokers in Commercial Lines.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Commercial sales and customer service team while providing a superior level of service.
- Review policies and recommended coverages based on individual consumer need.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and support throughout the brokerage.
- Adhere to the underwriting criteria set out by our broker partners.
- Follow-up, co-ordinate and follow up on client documents.
- Provide New Business quotes obtained through BIG Leads and Direct Telephone requests.
- Review coverage and risk with new clients prior to sending New Business Submissions to markets for pricing.
- Become proficient with online quoting portals with all carriers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- RIBO licensed
- 2+ years as a Commercial Insurance Broker
- Ability to think critically and strategically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
