**Job Duties**
- Responsible for meeting objectives and criteria that are set out by Director of Ops
- Evaluate performance and the effectiveness of training programs, provide recommendations for improvement
- Develop testing and evaluation procedures
- Develop and organize training manual, multimedia visual aids, and other educational aids
- Responsible for P&L performance for corporate locations including budgets and Local Store Marketing plans.
- Develop a weekly reporting structure for assigned locations (KPI)
- Develop a monthly report card for each location
- Measure and maintain the highest level of QSC
- Restaurant Inspection Report to be completed in each location every two months
- Visit and review the operational needs and requirements of locations within your area of responsibility.
- Meet with franchisees and assist them in meeting their monthly financial and operational objectives
- Monitor and ensure franchisees are compliant in procurement, recipes/product and operational standards.
- Monitor and follow up on A/R issues.
- Conduct orientation sessions and arrange for on-going training for franchisees
- Conduct and arrange for ongoing technical training and personal development classes for operations team members
- Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on processes, changes and other factors.
- Monitor and resolve consumer complaints.
- Responsible to open new locations with countdown to opening and support.
- Responsible for re-sales.
- Conduct orientation and training for new franchisees.
- Ensure Managers and Franchisees are current and knowledgeable on all relevant facets of Health & Safety, WHIMS, AODA, WSIB etc.
- Other duties, relevant to the position, as assigned by Management.
- Protection, conservation and maintenance of the company’s assets.
- This position is to support all Chairmans Brands, Eggsmart, Mia Fresco, Robin’s and 241 Pizza
- Will be stationed out of Regina
- Must be willing to travel throughout Canada
- Minimum 5 years in Multi Unit Foodservice experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
