Associate Credit Officer | Agent associé de crédit bilingue**En quoi consiste l’emploi ?**

À titre d’agent associé de crédit, vous occuperez un poste hybride au sein de Soutien opérationnel, Risques, qui vous permettra de vous familiariser avec les Services financiers à l’entreprise (SFE). Vous devrez finaliser et traiter les opérations complexes des clients et les enquêtes. Vous analyserez les opérations non standard et spécialisées et assurerez la résolution des enquêtes clientèle et la correction des lacunes de processus. Vous utiliserez le modèle de leadership de RBC pour vous adapter au changement et assurer votre développement au sein d’une équipe agile. Vous exécuterez des activités d’amélioration continue de façon cohérente et assurerez un équilibre entre l’Expérience client et l’atténuation des risques opérationnels ou de non-conformité réglementaire, conformément aux objectifs d’Exploitation, SBC, ainsi qu’à notre vision de l’Ambition collective.

**Quelles seront vos tâches ?**
- Compiler les documents et les renseignements requis par le Groupe consultatif sur le crédit (GCC) pour amorcer une révision du crédit commercial
- Recueillir les renseignements de plusieurs systèmes hôtes et communiquer avec les membres de l’équipe pour obtenir les renseignements qui ne figurent pas dans ces systèmes (p. ex. les états financiers)
- Effectuer le suivi des documents et des renseignements requis, et établir les dossiers pour le GCC, de manière à assurer une efficacité par l’exactitude de l’information
- Assurer l’intégrité des données durant la préparation des dossiers et prendre les mesures qui s’imposent pour corriger les erreurs dans les divers systèmes (synergie, CASPER, etc.)
- Accomplir des tâches administratives relatives à l’établissement initial des dossiers et communiquer avec les directeurs de comptes commerciaux (DCC) au sujet des documents financiers et clientèle requis
- Organiser et nettoyer les demandes CASPER avant leur envoi aux fins de décision de crédit
- Tirer profit des diverses formes d’automatisation pour faciliter les tâches quotidiennes, comme la gestion des feuilles de suivi, et veiller à l’archivage électronique des documents
- Gérer les documents reçus et s’assurer que l’information est diffusée au bon moment

**Compétences essentielles**
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis, car vous ferez régulièrement affaire avec des partenaires partout au Canada
- Aptitudes administratives confirmées et grand sens de l’organisation
- Maîtrise des logiciels Microsoft Excel, Word et Outlook
- Expérience de travail dans un milieu opérationnel effervescent et exigeant un grand souci du détail
- Expérience en gestion du changement et capacité à s’adapter rapidement dans un environnement agile
- Aptitude éprouvée à gérer les priorités de façon autonome et solides aptitudes en gestion du temps

**Compétences souhaitées**
- Expérience d’utilisation de synergie, du SSC, de CASPER et du Tableau de bord Covarity, un atout
- Connaissances des produits, processus et services des SFE
