**What is the opportunity?**

The Wholesale Credit Risk Reporting Services team under the Enterprise Risk Management is hiring a Senior Business Analyst. Working closely with the business and report owners, the Senior Business Analyst is a problem solver who can understand credit risk business requirements and act as a bridge between business and technology teams to translate business requirements into solution design deliverables. This includes planning and maintaining documentation of current and target states, business and system context diagrams, creating and running data queries, process flow diagrams, data analysis, root cause analysis of issues and their respective resolution.

**What will you do?**
- Elicit, analyze and understand business and data requirements to develop complete business solutions
- Work closely in agile teams to ensure proper implementation of business solutions
- Collaborate with all stakeholders and assist in defining product roadmap, maintaining product backlog and defining release cadence
- Perform data profiling by using SQL on variety of relational databases and the Data Lake to validate data analysis and identify/resolve data issues
- Proactively raise issues to product owners and IT partners as required
- Ensure solution designs and implementation of new system capabilities align and adheres to the enterprise risk policies and regulatory guidelines
- Create and maintain user and system documentation
- Participate in the definition and execution of testing strategies and plans
- Design and maintain the Tableau Reports to fit the reporting user’s needs

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must Have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, MBA or
- Strong business communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with financial risk management and credit risk
- Strong knowledge of fundamental data concepts, database management, data modelling, data mapping, data migration and data governance processes
- Ability to write, understand and maintain complex SQL queries
- Working knowledge of creating Tableau dashboard reports and development skills
- Sound analytical and problem solving skills needed to manage multiple technical challenges simultaneously per each project assigned when needed

**Nice to Have**:

- Strong experience with programming technologies such as SQL Scripts and Python
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, self-driven, highly motivated and have strong drive for results
- Outstanding teamwork and people skills, quick-leaner, detailed oriented who always looks for an in‑depth understanding
- Experience working to with tools like Jira & Confluence
