**Your opportunity**

Dillon’s **Finance** group is looking for a **Billing Clerk **to join our multidisciplinary team of professionals reporting to the Billing Coordinator. This is a **full-time position** based in our **London office. **We offer **flexible** hours and **hybrid **work arrangements to help balance the competing demands of work and personal life.

**Responsibilities**:
**What your day will look like**

**Billing**
- Prepare client invoices, including supporting documentation and attachments.
- Obtain approvals on Sub-Contractor Agreements and subsequent invoices.
- Setup and maintenance of project and billing terms in accordance with contracts.
- Draft and review bills in the billing software.
- Track all bills sent for review or approval to ensure they are turned around within a reasonable time.
- Respond to billing queries on a day-to-day basis.
- Communicate with project managers, project administrators, and finance staff.
- Assist with other accounting and administrative functions.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
**What you will need to succeed**
- Completion of a post-secondary diploma program in a Business related field

**Experience**:

- 1 - 2 + years of experience in a billing atmosphere with a focus on accounting would be considered an asset.
- Established and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
