- Working closely with our optometrist and team mates to provide excellent patient/customer care
- Educating patients on eye health and related issues
- Insurance billings
- Accurate and careful handling of patient files
- Reception and telephone duties
- Preliminary testing
- Data entry, accurately completing daily reports
