We have an immediate opening for the position of Shipper/Receiver. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is either in the beginning of their career or is looking for a career change. It’s an exciting time in the sign industry and we want YOU to be a part of it You must have the ability to work with hand tools and be willing to learn different areas in the shop.

The responsibilities of this role include the following and a few more:

- Keep stock of packaging and crating materials
- Handle shipping and receiving documents
- Communicate regularly with appropriate team members on status of deliveries
- Build and prepare crates for shipping as required
- General housekeeping of shop
- Load and unload material in a timely manner so as to meet delivery deadlines and customer commitments
- Receive all incoming shipments and ensure PO accuracy
- Report unsafe working conditions when identified.
- Work in compliance with all health and safety policies in accordance with the OHSA.
- Record job labour times in ERP system

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Sign manufacturing experience an asset
- Forklift certification an asset
- Strong mathematical skills
- Strong Organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Available to work overtime as required
- Strong computer skills
- Speak English, read English, write English
