**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Receives all telephone calls and visitors professionally and courteously
- Uses all features of the Teams telephone system and voice mail
- Organizes all outgoing and incoming mail
- Ensures postage system is operational
- Ensures that office supplies are ordered and stocked
- Respects confidentiality in discussing company matters
- Provides administrative support to the accounting team
- Additional administrative tasks when required to help the team
- Prepare cash deposits
- Post customer payments by recording cash, cheques, electronic funds transfers (EFT’s) and credit card transactions
- Customer account reconciliations
- Customer account inquiries, to make payments or for copies of invoices/tickets/statements

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous receptionist experience is an asset
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to use MS Office suite - Outlook, Word, Excel
- Accurate data entry skills
- Pleasant demeanor and professional appearance is essential
- High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
