Educational Assistant

- Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational activities and lesson plans
- Support students in the classroom, providing individualized attention and guidance
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Help students with special needs or disabilities to participate fully in classroom activities
- Provide support during small group activities and individualized instruction
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
- Prepare materials and resources for lessons and activities
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices
- Experience working with students who have special needs or disabilities is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with students and colleagues
