**Field Service Technician**

As part of our Field Service team, you will be responsible for providing
**superior customer service** to Canon clients by servicing and maintaining equipment in an efficient and timely manner. You will be involved with product installations, configurations, repairs, and relocations, of single function/multi-functional office equipment at customer sites.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Installing, configuring, repairing, and relocating, single function/multi-functional office equipment at customer sites
- Maintaining great customer satisfaction and building strong relationships
- Responding to customer calls in a prompt and efficient manner
- Completing preventative maintenance according to regular schedules
- Maintaining all Company tools and materials, including an accurate inventory of parts
- Communicating with the Supervisor regularly on all aspects of service
- Completing required service and equipment performance reports as required
- Complying with established operational standards

**To Succeed, You Will Need**:

- ** Post secondary technical/technologist course in electronics**:

- Complete understanding of customer satisfaction
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Proficient technical skills and aptitude, including electro-mechanical
- Good computer skills and literacy
- Experience with network connectivity preferred
- Ability to work efficiently with mínimal supervision
- ** Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required**
