Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Efficiently manage incoming finance leads, which include potential subprime customers, generated through various channels such as online inquiries, walk-ins, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

Credit Evaluation: Assess the creditworthiness of potential subprime customers by reviewing credit reports, financial histories, and other relevant documentation to determine eligibility for auto financing.

Financing Solutions: Develop customized financing solutions for subprime customers based on their credit profiles, ensuring that the terms are fair, transparent, and compliant with company policies and regulations.

Customer Consultation: Conduct detailed consultations with subprime customers to explain financing options, clarify terms, and address any questions or concerns related to the loan process.

Relationship Building: Build strong, positive relationships with customers to gain their trust and confidence in securing financing solutions through Ace Auto.

Negotiations: Negotiate loan terms, interest rates, and financing packages with lending institutions on behalf of subprime customers, striving to secure the most favorable deals.

Compliance: Stay up-to-date with all federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations pertaining to subprime financing and ensure strict adherence to legal requirements and ethical standards.

Documentation and Processing: Oversee the accurate and timely completion of all finance-related paperwork, ensuring that customer information and loan details are entered correctly into the system.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential subprime customers and coordinate efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.

Performance Metrics: Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for subprime financing deals, demonstrating consistent success in managing subprime finance leads.

Market Research: Stay informed about the subprime auto finance market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to implement strategies that improve the dealership's performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven work experience in automotive financing, with a focus on subprime financing deals.
- In-depth knowledge of subprime lending practices, credit evaluation, and loan structuring.
- Familiarity with federal and provincial regulations governing subprime auto financing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and lenders.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using finance software and systems for loan processing and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining professionalism and exceptional customer service.

**Salary**: $120,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
