**Full-flex Commission-Based Sales Representative**
**Company Overview**:
Sparkle and Innovation is a dynamic and innovative branding and marketing company that is rapidly expanding its reach in the market. We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our sales team as Commission-Based Sales Representatives. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and want to be rewarded for their performance. Any individual who joins our team will not have any time restrictions or quotas. You can work anytime, anywhere you want as long as you can have professional communication with us and the client.
**Responsibilities**:
As a Commission-Based Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- 1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:_
- Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels.
(It can be social media, blog, cold calls, anything)
- Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective customers.
- 2. Sales Presentations:_
- Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase our products/services and address client needs. (We have the presentation and posters for you so you can use them or customize them if you want)
- Create tailored plans depending on customer's needs and stand between the cleints and us to provide a "win-win-win" to all 3 of us.
- 3. Negotiation and Closing:_
- Engage in effective negotiation to secure deals and contracts.
- 4. Relationship Management:_
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- 5. Join meetings_
- We will have expect you to join meetings every month to share your sales activities and a hint to accelerate our business. We need you to participate minimum once every 3 months; which shouldn't be hard to accomplish.
**Qualifications**:
- Positive in sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to clients/customers
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in sales is a plus.
**Compensation**:
The basic commision percentage is 10% of the case you gain. Most products we offer are monthly payments, so sales representatives will continuously gain the 10% until this customer is gone. In addition, We may provide you bonuses, depending on your sales results and contribution.
