Sales Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- **Order Processing**:
Confirm order details, including product specifications, quantities, and pricing.
- **Customer Communication**:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.
Provide clear and accurate information to customers about the ordering process.
- **Data Entry**:
Enter order information into the company’s order management system (Excel, ERP, etc).
Maintain and print accurate records of customer interactions and order history for sales.
- **Follow-Up**:
Follow up with customers to confirm receipt of orders and any additional information required.
Communicate any delays or issues with orders promptly and professionally.
- **Collaboration**:
Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely delivery of products.
- **Customer Service**:
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
- **Administrative Support**:
Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
Support the sales team with preparing presentations or reports as requested.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency in order management.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.
- **Training and Development**:
Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent command of the English language in verbal and written communication, bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.
- Proven office working experience and skills, including meeting planning, administrative writing, telephone communication, general scheduling, document recording, typing and use of office equipment.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and be very dependable.
- Valid Driver’s License and be legally to work in Canada.
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, on-site
**Pay**: CA$22/hour
