We are seeking a Legal Form Quality Specialist to join our Legal Content team. LEAP will provide you with the best training, equipment, mentoring and support in order for you to be successful.

**The Role**

AT LEAP, our Legal Content team tailors our world-class software to meet the needs of users in different jurisdictions. This position shapes the success of our business and sets us apart from our competitors.

In this role, you will ensure that our growing library of automated court and government forms meet the high standards required by our clientele of law firms. You will review forms completed by the Forms Team for compliance with court rules or practice directions, to test them for efficient automation, and identify opportunities for improvement.

This role will support all members of the Legal Content team but will report to the Director of Canadian Content.

Responsibilities and Duties (included but not limited to)
- Reviewing a high volume of automated court and government forms to check for accuracy and adherence to quality standards before release to users.
- Providing feedback to the Legal Content team members on quality issues identified.
- Establishing and documenting new quality standards.
- Liaising with users and internal LEAP departments to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Holding internal training sessions on quality best practices.
- Reviewing existing content and updating to comply with quality standards or changes to legislation.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years experience working in a law firm (paralegal, law clerk, legal assistant, lawyer, etc.), preferably across multiple practice areas
- High level of attention to detail
- Legal research experience
- Microsoft Word formatting mastery
- Experience preparing court and/or government forms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Drive to provide the best possible result for clients
- Experience balancing competing priorities and shifting deadlines
- Ability to work well independently and within a collaborative team environment
