**Distribution Transformation Lead**
This position reports to Manager, Distribution Operations and is based in Brampton, ON.

**Role reports to**: Manager, Distribution Operations
**Location**: Brampton, ON
**Travel %**:10%-25%, mostly to Markham, ON office.

**What you will do**

The Distribution Transformation Lead is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Analytics, Operations and Cost strategies for Distribution Operations. They are also responsible for supporting daily executional excellence at the Kenvue Canada distribution center, located in Brampton, ON. Finally, the Distribution Transformation Lead owns and oversees the business relationship with our Third-Party Logistics Provider for marketing samples and literature.
This role blends analytical prowess with business process knowledge to make data driven decisions, develop descriptive to predictive analytics, propose improvements to ways of working, and support organizational goals like service performance & cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact and SME between the Distribution Center and cross-functional stakeholders to guide decision making. Monitor DC performance KPIs and employ a continuous improvement approach to drive sustainable achievement of targets.
- Drive the identification and business case development of advanced analytics use cases to solve complex business problems across the E2E supply chain. Design descriptive to predictive analytical tools to improve our operational efficiency, improve service, and reduce cost.
- Lead the deployment of large scale, high investment projects in line with project management methodologies
- Assist in shaping multi-year strategic priorities, inform the digital supply chain roadmap and gain alignment with senior level stakeholders.
- Own and oversee the business relationship with Third-Party Logistics Provider for marketing samples and literature
- Cultivate and develop partnerships across the end-to-end supply chain to drive cost reduction, process improvement and automation.

**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering
- 6 years working experience, preferably in Supply Chain
- Familiarity with process excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, etc.)
- Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI and Tableau
- Desired Qualifications
- MBA/Advanced Degree
- Experience with SAP or other ERP software
- Demonstrated ability to successfully build and manage a financial budget
- Experience working in a GMP-compliant facility
- Experience working with internal/external auditors
