We're looking for a
Retail Transformation Associate - Merchandising to join our growing company and play a key role in our customer experience by ensuring each purchase ends in a smile

Job Description:


Your expertise in corporate merchandising technology and process transformation, as well as your experience in delivering results, will be critical to your success in this role.


In this role you will:

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities to optimize our corporate merchandising processes and technology, while staying true to our company's values of caring, winning, dreaming, and delivering.
  • Design and implement innovative solutions to transform our corporate merchandising processes and technology, leveraging your deep knowledge of vendor management, sourcing, product data, and pricing.
  • Support merchandising and finance teams to define and develop effective pricing and promotional strategies that drive sales and profit margins through the implementation of tools and technology
  • Lead the process engineering of across business and channels by working with our merchandising and marketing teams
  • Drive the development and implementation of cuttingedge corporate merchandising technology, including vendor management systems, product information management systems, and pricing optimization tools.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to the successful implementation of corporate merchandising transformation initiatives, ensuring that the implementation process is seamless and effective.
  • Analyze corporate merchandising data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, while maintaining a focus on delivering results.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support the implementation of new processes and technologies, while fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Stay uptodate with emerging trends and technologies in the corporate merchandising industry, while always dreaming big and pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
  • Collaborate with other corporate merchandising professionals to align transformation initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Foster a culture of caring, collaboration, and innovation across the organization.

Qualifications:

The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, data analytics, information technology or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate merchandising technology and process transformation, with a focus on driving business results.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing corporate merchandising solutions that leverage technology to drive efficiency and cost savings, while embodying our company's values of caring, winning, dreaming, and delivering.
  • Deep technical knowledge and experience with corporate merchandising technology, including vendor management systems, product information management systems, and pricing optimization tools.
  • Strong data analytics skills, with the ability to analyze complex corporate merchandising data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams, while fostering a culture of caring, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Passion for driving change and innovation in the corporate merchandising industry through technology, while always dreaming big and pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
