Operation Analyst

**What is the opportunity?**

**What will you do?**
- Investigate and support production problems, collaborate and coordinate with identified stakeholders for resolution and identification of root cause.
- Follow and enhance the documented Problem Resolution Process steps when issues occur
- Creating and maintaining solution and process documentation
- Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and improvement
- Production support (office hours or rotational on call when required)
- Work together with Agile project teams to deliver the project goals
- Work in a high trusted achievement environment where diversity is valued and people are treated with respect and dignity
- Seek out guidance and mentors to ensure full understanding of systems and define a career path within the team.
- Must-have: _
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple issue, understand and drive needed activities based on Urgency
- Good knowledge of current infrastructure and technology platforms (Windows, internet, and mainframe)
- 2+ years of experience with Java including experience with MS SQL and Mainframe DB2 database
- Exposure to DevOps and SRE (Jenkins, JFrog, UrbanCodeDeploy, Elasticsearch, etc.)
- Ability to work in a Team and Coordinate within and across departments to achieve overall success
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent training and experience
- Nice-to-have:_
- Knowledge and/or proven ability to drive continuous improvement within processes
- Experience with monitoring and logging technologies such as Dynatrace, PagerDuty, ELK, Splunk
- Good knowledge of IT Standards, Methodologies (ITIL)
- Deployment automation
- Experience working with external vendors/contractors
- Insurance industry experience
