Guest Service Coordinator

**The Opportunity**

Guest Service Coordinator with exceptional interpersonal, communication and administrative skills, along with an optimistic disposition, a can-do attitude, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the desire/passion to contribute to as one team. Ability to support clients with a desire to increase pro-shop sales and promote services.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and check in guests upon arrival for the activity that they came to participate in. ie; daily recreational riding, rider training, camping etc.
- Assist customers entering our Pro shop looking for goods and service
- Assist students for training and guided tours with gearing up in safety equipment
- Provide customer service to guests throughout their visit
- Keep website and social platforms up to date with up to date information for our customer base

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a customer service role or strong desire to learn
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Superior verbal communication and telephone skills
- Professional, good energy, calm, patient and friendly with great people skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Bondable with clean driving record

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 months
